If you do not have reliable internet access and the wifi signal keeps dropping out, then you may wish to consider completing interviews, comments etc. in a word document/email in the first instance and to then copy/paste this over into OPALBU (when you know that wifi signal is stable).

We have received reports of text being lost in the middle of an active session and this is normally because the internet connection has been lost during that session, even if it was only for a few seconds. You may find that the page is still showing as active on your screen, but server connection has been lost, which means that you will be logged out when you click the save button.
